# VAIOT 3.0 — the independent validator of AI actions

> VAIOT 3.0 is a trust layer for the agentic economy: it checks every action an AI agent wants to take against deterministic rules, routes exceptions to a human for approval, lets only the approved action through a protected gateway, and seals the result into a signed Proof of Compliance receipt that anyone can verify independently, with a fingerprint anchored on a public blockchain. VAIOT 3.0 is developed by VAIOT Limited, a company incorporated in Malta in December 2018 (company no. C 89746).

- Company: VAIOT Limited, private limited liability company incorporated in Malta on 6 December 2018, Malta Business Registry no. C 89746. Registered office: Centris Business Gateway, Level 4/W, Triq is-Salib tal-Imrieħel, Central Business District, Birkirkara CBD 3020, Malta.
- History: VAIOT has developed legal-technology and AI solutions secured by blockchain since 2018 (AI Legal Assistant, Legal Torch, Decentralized Dispute Resolution System, Contractual Blockchain Intelligence, ZK Contractual Privacy, AI Legal Multi-Agents).
- Regulation: in 2020 VAIOT Limited offered its VAI Token under Malta's Virtual Financial Assets Act (Chapter 590), with its white paper registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority. A new crypto-asset white paper for the VAI Token under the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114) is in preparation; the 2020 white paper is historical.
- VAI Token: utility token on Polygon PoS, contract 0xD13cfD3133239a3c73a9E535A5c4DadEE36b395c. It confers no ownership, dividend or other financial rights in VAIOT Limited.
- VAIOT 3.0 premiere: 28 October 2026 — a public reference demonstration on synthetic data with a public verifier. Roadmap: Monitoring and Knowledge Bases (November 2026), Paymaster and VGON (December 2026), the next breakthrough announced January–February 2027. Dates are indicative.
- A valid receipt proves what was checked and authorised; it does not prove the underlying decision was commercially or legally right.
- Official channels: X @VAIOT_LTD, Telegram VAIOT_Community. VAIOT never sends direct messages first and never asks for keys or seed phrases.
